In the fourth grade, my school had a no uniform day, and it took me a full week to plan my outfit. Here’s the breakdown:

• Oversized men’s fedora

• Beatles Abbey Road graphic t-shirt from Target

• Clip-on tie my mom bought me

• Cargo shorts from Old Navy probably

• Wide fit New Balances I hated but needed at the time.

I haven’t done anything that cool since, but my portfolio might have something comparable.
